About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Car Desk Senior Manager to oversee and streamline our car rental and ground transport operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring service quality, vendor negotiations, and driving operational efficiency across all travel-related logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the car desk operations team across multiple cities, ensuring timely and efficient transport arrangements.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with car rental vendors and transport partners.
• Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and SLAs to optimize cost and service quality.
• Monitor vehicle allocation, scheduling, billing, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.
• Handle escalations, emergencies, and last-minute changes with professionalism and speed.
• Prepare performance reports, vendor evaluations, and MIS summaries for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Travel, or Operations Management.
• 8+ years of experience in car rental, logistics, or corporate travel management, including 3+ years in a senior role.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver timely results.
