Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and experienced Car Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for company management, employees, and business-related requirements. The candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, a valid driving licence, and a commitment to vehicle safety and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely for official and business-related purposes.
• Transport management, employees, and visitors as assigned.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off according to the schedule.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks, including fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, and engine condition.
• Report vehicle maintenance requirements, defects, or repair needs promptly.
• Maintain vehicle documents, insurance, permits, and pollution certificates as applicable.
• Follow traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain records of travel, fuel expenses, kilometres covered, and other vehicle-related expenses.
• Assist with document delivery, material collection, and other official errands when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct while dealing with management, employees, and clients.
• Be available for local and occasional outstation travel as required.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• 2–3 years of driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Ernakulam and nearby routes.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.
• Good communication skills and professional behaviour.
• Ability to maintain vehicle records and basic documentation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
• A clean driving record is preferred.
