• Drive New Car Loan sales through dealer networks and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly business, disbursement and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers and channel partners.
• Generate business through dealer references, existing customers and open-market sourcing.
• Manage the complete loan process from login to disbursement in coordination with Credit & Operations.
• Manage and motivate Relationship Managers/Executives to achieve team targets.
• Drive lead generation, cross-selling and up-selling of loan and insurance products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements and regulatory guidelines.
