Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Car Park Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our parking facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient environment for our patrons while managing a team of parking attendants. You will act as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance, team coordination, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a team of parking attendants, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring to ensure consistent coverage.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor the functionality of entry/exit systems and payment kiosks; perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues to maintenance teams.
• Customer Experience: Resolve patron inquiries or access issues promptly and professionally to maintain high service standards.
• Facility Safety: Conduct regular site walk-throughs to ensure the facility is secure, well-lit, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Administrative Reporting: Maintain daily logs on occupancy and revenue; prepare brief weekly reports for management regarding site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity. Experience in property management, hospitality, or logistics is a plus.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficient in basic computer tasks (MS Office) and able to learn facility-specific management software.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Physical Readiness: Comfortable working in an outdoor or covered garage environment and remaining mobile throughout the shift.
• Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule to support facility peak hours.
