Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Car Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them rent vehicles, understand rental options, and ensure a smooth pick-up and return experience. If you enjoy customer service, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle reservations and rentals
- Explain rental terms, insurance options, and pricing clearly and accurately
- Process payments, contracts, and customer information
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals and document any damage
- Coordinate vehicle availability, cleaning, and maintenance needs
- Resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional manner
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Car rental Agent: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
