Car Rental Consultant

Job Summary

Assisting customers in selecting and renting vehicles that fit their needs and budgets, while managing the car fleet and streamlining contracting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

**Customer Reception & Consultation:** Understanding customer requirements (such as trip type, budget, and passenger count) and suggesting suitable vehicles.

**Contracts & Bookings Management:** Preparing rental contracts, verifying official documents (driver's license, ID), and processing payments.

Vehicle Handover & Return Coordination: Inspecting vehicle condition before handover and upon return to document any damages or notes.

**Problem Solving & Support Provision:** Handling customer inquiries, as well as managing vehicle breakdowns or accidents during the rental period.
