About Us: JMR Motor Group is a fast-growing motor dealership committed to providing excellent service and quality vehicles to our customers. We are currently seeking a passionate and hard-working individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Assistant.

Role Overview: As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining showroom standards, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed information about our vehicles
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
• Maintain the showroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Help manage inventory and update vehicle listings
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Take vehicles to local garages for repairs and maintenance.
• Collect vehicles from various location once purchased and deliver to our dealership

Requirements:

• General knowledge of cars and basic mechanical knowledge
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Aged 25 or over
