Duties

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B sales strategies, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
• Conduct comprehensive customer needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles and financing options that align with their preferences and budgets
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications confidently during in-person visits or virtual presentations to enhance customer understanding and interest
• Negotiate terms of sale effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial deal closing while maintaining dealership profitability
• Manage inventory control and support sales team efforts by maintaining accurate records within CRM software systems (Customer Relationship Management) for seamless client follow-up and pipeline management
• Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties, insurance packages, or accessories to maximize dealership revenue
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and personalized client communication to foster loyalty and repeat business

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger car sales and high-end vehicles preferred
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple clients, follow-ups, and inventory records effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases better
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets within a competitive environment
• Proficiency in CRM software systems for tracking leads, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting outbound sales activities
• Outstanding communication skills including public speaking abilities for presenting vehicle features confidently in various settings
• Knowledge of automotive financing options and dealership processes to assist clients throughout the purchase journey
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for calculating payments, trade-in values, and profit margins
• Experience in inventory management and inventory control processes within a dealership setting is advantageous
