Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of car wash attendants to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies
• Conduct regular safety checks and enforce safety policies to prevent accidents or injuries
• Support team members in troubleshooting issues with equipment or cleaning processes as needed
• Report to the Manager, any issues or concerns

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
