Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Car Wash Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients and maintaining the quality of our services.

Job description

Responsibilities:

· Thoroughly train and motivate team members

· Greet guests in a friendly manner, creating a pleasant atmosphere

· Manage payment transactions

· Engage customers and sell Top Edge monthly memberships

· Monitor sales performance and deliver feedback to optimize sales growth

· Be proficient in membership deals and promos

· Maintain equipment, chemicals, and other supply inventory

· Assist in regular scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order.

· Open/close car wash facility

· Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required

· Consistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policies

· Monitor service quality, tunnel operations to minimize customer incidents

· Customer resolution

Requirements:

· Must be 18 years or older

· Strong communication/verbal skills

· Self-motivated with positive attitude

· Organization skills

· Proactive team player

· Proficient in basic math

· Basic computer and administrative skills

· Must have reliable transportation

· Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time

· Willingness to work in all weather conditions

· Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight
