We are seeking a Sales Lead whose responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with customers to present, explain, and sell car wash packages and membership plans.
• Driving customer retention to maximize site membership growth.
• Guiding customer vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel.
• Providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every customer.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour.
• Monthly Sales Commissions: Earn $500-1000 per month on top of your base salary

Experience & Requirements:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Car Wash: 1 year (Preferred)
• Ability to Relocate/Commute: Brockton, MA (Required)
• Weekend work: Required
