We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Full-Time Shift Lead to help guide our daily operations and support our team.
The RoleAs a Full-Time Shift Lead, you are the crucial link between our Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and the Site Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing daily shift operations, ensuring staff are following standard operating procedures, and stepping in to resolve customer inquiries. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires you to balance team management, customer service, and light technical oversight of the wash tunnel.
Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support CSAs during your shift, ensuring smooth traffic flow, exceptional customer service, and accurate pay station operations.
• Train staff on proper procedures, including safety protocols, fleet intake processes, and specific chemical application guidelines.
• Monitor wash tunnel performance and anti-collision hardware, troubleshooting basic equipment issues or faults as they arise to minimize downtime.
• Handle customer service escalations with professionalism, resolving concerns and issuing damage claims or blacklist tracking when necessary.
• Oversee opening and closing duties, manage cash handling, and ensure the site meets high standards for cleanliness and visual appeal.
• Drive unlimited membership sales and help the team stay on track with site goals and daily targets.

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, customer service, or the car wash industry.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn how to monitor and troubleshoot operational hardware.
• Ability to work actively outdoors in a fast-paced environment and in varying weather conditions.
• Open availability, including the ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Highly organized, punctual, and capable of leading by example.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
