Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent Car Washer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in vehicle maintenance and customer service within a professional environment. The position involves working in a fast-paced setting, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and providing excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicles thoroughly using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
• Dry vehicles to prevent water spots and ensure a polished finish
• Vacuum interiors and clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces inside the vehicle
• Apply protective coatings or waxes as required to enhance vehicle appearance
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including organising supplies and tools
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing client queries or concerns
• Follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning procedures
• Assist with minor vehicle inspections or reporting any damages or issues observed during cleaning

Requirements

• Experience in car wash work or similar roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail in cleaning tasks
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as bending or lifting light equipment
