Car Washer

Description

At Carma, we’re more than just a car company, we’re on a mission to shake up the Australian automotive industry! As a digital pre-owned car dealership, we’re turning the car buying experience into a hassle-free, seamless journey that customers can truly enjoy. With our diverse and collaborative team managing everything from engineering to marketing and buying to reconditioning in-house, we’re powered by the best people and we’d love for you to come along for the ride.

We’re redefining the way Australians buy cars, and it all starts with the details – literally! We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Car Washer to help ensure our vehicles are delivered in pristine condition, whether it’s for a photoshoot or a customer delivery.

What you'll be doing?

• Washing and Detailing: Clean, dry, and prepare cars to meet high standards
• Interior Cleaning: Vacuum and tidy the interiors for delivery or photography
• General Support: Assist with polishing, stain removal, and moving vehicles as needed
• Ongoing Improvements: Help us find ways to make our processes more efficient
• Attention to Detail: Handle every car with care to ensure it’s ready to impress

Okay, let’s talk about you:

• No prior experience is required to apply to this role, you just need to be eager to learn more about cars and the automotive industry
• A valid NSW driver’s licence (manual driving is a bonus)
• A keen eye for detail – we love a perfectionist!
• Motivation to learn and grow your skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Reliability, punctuality, and pride in your work

This role is full time (Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm), based at our St Peters site.

What's in it for you?

We want to make sure you love working at Carma! As a car washer with us, you’ll get access to all our employee benefits including:

• Join a team that values quality as much as quantity — we believe in working hard, having fun and delivering an exceptional product.
• We love social events, from parties to go-karting and bake sales, there’s something for everyone.
• Score amazing deals on cars, finance options and other car parts, we’re a car company after all!

At Carma, we’re all about fostering an amazing culture where you can bring your best self to work! We value collaboration, innovation, and having a laugh along the way. Plus, we’re committed to diversity, inclusion, and safe work practices—so no matter your background or experience (or car brand of choice!), we’d love to hear from you. Please let us know if you need any reasonable adjustments during the interview process.
