At Sommer's Automotive, our Car Wash team helps deliver a clean, professional experience for our guests and keeps our service department running smoothly. We are currently seeking a Car Wash/Lane Attendant to join our service team! This job is perfect for anyone who is dependable and is seeking an active role and is seeking to get their start in Automotive - No experience necessary. We are also offering a $500 hiring bonus for this role.

$500 HIRING BONUS

Responsibilities

• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles
• Help transport vehicles within the Service Department
• Assist with building maintenance and general department upkeep
• Clean and fuel loaner vehicles
• Keep vehicle areas, lots, and work spaces organized, tidy, and secure
• Run miscellaneous errands as needed

• Hours: Monday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Tuesday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Wednesday Off ; Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements

• Valid driver's license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
• Lift 50 lbs. or more safely and repeatedly
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and work in various positions
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in a busy automotive dealership service department and car wash environment. This role routinely uses cleaning equipment, tools, and vehicle-safe cleaning products. This position is both indoor and outdoor. You will work alongside a professional, supportive team in a fast-paced dealership setting.
