Job Summary
RVP Supply is hiring an experienced carbon fiber technician to manufacture aftermarket automotive parts using our existing molds and equipment. This is an in-person, hands-on position in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities include mold preparation, carbon fiber layup, curing, demolding, trimming, sanding, and finishing. We’re looking for someone who can work independently and produce consistent, high-quality parts with clean weave alignment and excellent cosmetic finishes.
Previous hands-on experience manufacturing carbon fiber parts is required. Automotive composites experience is preferred. Please include photos or examples of previous work when applying.
Pay: $30.00 - $48.00 per hour
