Card Services Product Trainer

Join our new Card Services program as a Product Trainer and play a key role in shaping high-performing frontline teams. If you’re passionate about simplifying complex financial workflows and driving agent excellence, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead New Hire Training covering product basics, system navigation, and LOB knowledge.
• Deliver upskilling & cross-skilling sessions for tenured agents.
• Build training kits, SOPs, mock scenarios, and assessments with SMEs.
• Oversee Nesting/Hypercare, provide floor support, and coach agents through real cases.
• Track KPIs (FTR, AHT, Quality, CSAT, Attrition) and run TNA/TNI based on performance trends.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready training documentation.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years BPO experience; 2+ years as a Product Trainer in Financial/Commercial Card Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong command of financial systems (Salesforce FSC, Fiserv, FIS, Finacle, TSYS).
• Skilled in LMS tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work night shift / rotational schedules.
