Pay Range: $30.04 - $41.50/hour + Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 + Relocation: Case-by-case. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for patients recovering from open-heart surgery
• Manage post-cardiac catheterization and stent placement patients
• Provide care for patients following ablations and pacemaker/AICD placements
• Work in a comprehensive STEMI & Stroke facility
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 to 1:5, never exceeding 5 patients

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of acute-care Cardiac RN experience or similar experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active Missouri RN License required
• BLS required at hire and maintained
• ACLS required within 6 months
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Additional certifications in cardiac care
