Cardio Boxing Instructor

Duties

• Lead energetic and safe kickboxing classes tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels
• Demonstrate proper technique and form for punches, kicks, and defensive moves
• Develop creative workout routines that challenge participants and keep classes lively
• Provide clear instructions and feedback to ensure participant safety and engagement
• Monitor class participants’ progress, offering encouragement and modifications as needed
• Enforce safety protocols including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and behavior management
• Communicate effectively with clients about class schedules, fitness tips, and progress updates

Requirements

• Proven experience in martial arts, kickboxing, boxing or sports-specific training instruction
• Strong background in sports coaching or team leadership roles such as soccer coaching or cheerleading
• Experience working with children or students in physical education or childcare settings
• Knowledge of health club operations, gym environments, or sports team management
• Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and child safety preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse groups
• Ability to demonstrate proper techniques while maintaining a lively and energetic class atmosphere
