FULLOUT is full-volume joy: music-driven cardio dance and sculpt sweat sessions that feel like a party, and heal like group therapy. We turn hip-hop, R&B, dancehall, and Afrobeats into high-intensity experiences designed for women, queer folks, and people of color who want to feel powerful, seen, and free.

The Role

We are looking for Cardio Dance Fitness Instructors who are confident performers, exceptional coaches, and natural community builders.

The FULLOUT Instructor is more than someone who knows choreography. You are the energy of the room. You know how to make a first-timer feel welcome, get a regular completely obsessed, and turn 45 minutes of movement into an experience people cannot stop talking about. You'll be teaching to our virtual community so you need to be able to make a positive connection.

What You’ll Do

• Lead high-energy FULLOUT cardio dance classes with confidence, charisma, and enthusiasm
• Learn and execute FULLOUT choreography and class programming
• Deliver clear movement demonstrations, cueing, modifications, and transitions
• Create an electric class environment through music, movement, personality, and storytelling
• Motivate participants of different fitness and dance experience levels
• Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to a strong FULLOUT community
• Make newcomers feel immediately welcomed and included
• Maintain a safe, positive, and professional class environment
• Arrive prepared, energized, and ready to deliver an exceptional experience
• Represent the FULLOUT brand both inside and outside the studio
• Participate in instructor trainings, rehearsals, team meetings, special events, pop-ups, and brand activations
• Support FULLOUT's social media and community-building efforts when appropriate
• Help create the kind of class experience that drives retention, referrals, and word-of-mouth growth

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous experience teaching group fitness, dance, cardio dance, or a related movement discipline
• Strong rhythm, musicality, and movement quality
• Ability to confidently lead a room of participants
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong time management
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Ability to learn and consistently execute FULLOUT programming

Preferred:

• Group fitness certification
• Dance training or professional performance experience
• Experience teaching HIIT, dance fitness, aerobics, Pilates, strength, or other group movement formats
• Experience creating fitness or lifestyle content for social media
• Strong social media presence or interest in becoming a FULLOUT brand ambassador
• Experience performing, hosting, DJing, cheerleading, musical theater, or other live entertainment
