𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Cardiologist Advisor

Fruit Street Health is seeking experienced cardiologists to serve as Cardiologist Advisors. This role is ideal for physicians with expertise in preventive cardiology, cardiovascular disease management, hypertension, lipid disorders, heart failure, obesity-related cardiovascular disease, digital health, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, lifestyle medicine, or healthcare innovation.

As a Cardiologist Advisor, you will provide clinical, strategic, and operational insight to help Fruit Street Health enhance its virtual cardiovascular prevention and chronic disease management programs. This is a flexible, remote advisory opportunity for cardiologists who are passionate about improving cardiovascular health, expanding access to preventive care, reducing chronic disease burden, and advancing digital healthcare solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on cardiovascular disease prevention, hypertension management, lipid management, obesity-related cardiovascular risk, heart failure, remote patient monitoring, digital therapeutics, healthcare AI, and related clinical initiatives.

• Advise Fruit Street Health on clinical workflows, physician adoption, patient engagement strategies, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based cardiovascular care within virtual care programs.

• Review new clinical programs, product features, educational content, and digital health initiatives to ensure alignment with current cardiovascular best practices and clinical guidelines.

• Share subject matter expertise and industry insights regarding preventive cardiology, telemedicine, value-based care, population health, digital health technologies, and healthcare innovation.

• Participate in periodic advisory discussions and provide practical recommendations based on your cardiovascular clinical experience and leadership.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• MD or DO with experience practicing cardiology.

• Board certification or board eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease preferred.

• Experience in preventive cardiology, hypertension, lipid management, heart failure, obesity medicine collaboration, digital health, remote patient monitoring, telemedicine, healthcare AI, or healthcare innovation preferred.

• Strong understanding of cardiovascular care pathways, preventive medicine, clinical quality improvement, physician workflow, and real-world implementation of digital health technologies.

• Ability to commit approximately 1–2 hours per month to advisory board participation and strategic advisory activities.

This Cardiologist Advisor role offers the opportunity to support the growth of an innovative digital health company focused on chronic disease prevention and cardiovascular health.
