Cardiovascular Surgical Nurse

CVOR RN – Cardiac / Thoracic / Vascular

We’re seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Cardiac, Thoracic, or Vascular surgery experience to join a hospital OR team.

Location: West Virginia

Start Date: Late October – Early November

Shifts: Open; clinician preferences considered

Call: 1 night per week + 1 weekend per month

Call Response: 30 minutes

Sign-On Bonus: Available

On-Call Housing: Available as needed

Position Highlights

• Provide nursing support for Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular surgical cases
• Initial onboarding at Ruby for at least 1 week before transitioning to Berkeley Medical Center
• 1-week OR orientation
• May float to other services within the Berkeley OR
• Charge person present daily in the OR
• Hospital-provided Ceil blue surgical scrubs
• No Sterile Processing duties required
• Holiday call may be required

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Strong CVOR/Cardiac, Thoracic, or Vascular surgery experience
• Hospital OR experience
• Comfortable with mandatory call and 30-minute response time
