Position Overview

We are seeking a Cardiovascular Technician for shifts on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Preparation & Safety – Ensure patients are comfortable and properly prepared for testing.
• Diagnostic Testing – Perform and analyze:
• Holter Monitoring – Using North East Monitoring.
• Treadmill Stress Testing – Using GE/Norav.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the cardiologist and support staff to deliver seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Education – Diploma in Cardiology Technology from a CSCT-recognized program.
• Certification – Active membership in good standing with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT).
• Experience – Prior experience in a clinical cardiology setting is preferred but new graduates welcome to apply.
• Skills – Proficiency in diagnostic equipment, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
