Job Title: Cards E-Dispute Analyst US Banking

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cards E-Dispute Analyst to manage and process electronic card dispute cases for a US banking client. The role involves transaction validation, dispute investigation, chargebacks, representments, and ensuring compliance with Regulation E and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and validate ATM, POS, PIN, Zelle and debit card dispute cases.

Investigate disputed transactions and maintain accurate case records.

Handle chargebacks, representments, provisional/final credits and adjustments.

Review transaction and dispute reports and escalate exceptions appropriately.

Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails in Salesforce.

Follow Regulation E timelines, quality standards and escalation procedures.

Coordinate with internal and onshore teams as required.

Required Skills:

Experience in US Banking, Card Operations, Disputes or Payment Operations.

Good understanding of Regulation E and dispute lifecycle.

Knowledge of ATM, POS, debit card and electronic transactions.

Good MS Excel, email drafting and communication skills.

Typing speed of 28 WPM with 95% accuracy.

Willingness to work in US shifts and overtime when required.

Education:

3+year degree B.Com/BBA/BBM preferred.

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech candidates are not eligible.
