Cards Perso Operator

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Set up, load and run personalization machines per the daily production schedule.

• Set up, load and run personalization machines with new profiles.

• Monitor machine performance during runs; identify and report jams, misfeeds, print/encoding errors or chip write failures in real time.

• Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks per QC checklists.

• Segregate rejected, damaged or misprinted cards and route them for secure destruction per chain-of-custody procedures.

• Replenish consumables and perform basic operator-level cleaning/maintenance per SOP.

• Adhere strictly to physical and data security protocols given exposure to sensitive cardholder data.

• Escalate equipment faults beyond operator-level troubleshooting to the Maintenance Technician/Supervisor.

• Support end-of-shift reconciliation: card counts in vs. out, reject counts and secure handover of completed batches.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

-Education Background Diploma or vocational certificate in a technical field (Electronics, Mechatronics, Printing Technology) or equivalent practical experience; high school diploma as minimum.

-Language Skills Mother tongue: (Fluent); English (Basic to Intermediate, for reading technical instructions).

• Years of Experience 0-2 years of experience in card production, printing, or a manufacturing/production environment.
