INT Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting Care & Support Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team, supporting adults to remain safe, independent and comfortable within their own homes and communities.

Your role may include:

• Supporting individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing and continence care
• Supporting and prompting with medication in line with individual care plans.
• Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition and hydration Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting individuals to access their local community Supporting with shopping, appointments and everyday activities
• Light domestic duties and maintaining a safe home environment
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice and control
• Observing and reporting changes in an individual's health or wellbeing
• Completing accurate daily care records and other required documentation
• Following individual care plans, risk assessments and INT Care Solutions policies and procedures
