Care & Support Worker | Nurse-Led Home Care | London

£13.50/hr | part-time

Most care companies are run by managers. Ours is run by a nurse.

At Inclusive Care Options, our founder is a registered nurse who still leads on clinical care. So you get real clinical backup, proper training and a team that listens. We're CQC-registered and support people in their own homes across Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Barnet.

You'll be:

• Supporting people with personal care, meals, medication and mobility
• Giving company and reassurance to people who need it
• Supporting people living with dementia with patience and dignity

We offer:

• £13.50/hr which is reviewed after 3 months.
• Induction, shadowing and the Care Certificate
• Set rounds near you and rotas that fit your life
• A manager who answers the phone and a nurse to call on
