Care Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
• Escort clients to appointments or social outings
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

• NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Compassionate and caring nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
