Horizons is working with a community member to find dependable and

caring staff, to help empower them in their home, in Onalaska, WI. This

member uses a wheelchair and EZ Lift to transfer. The member wants

assistance with cooking, cleaning, and companionship as well. There is

one very friendly and mellow cat in the home. The member enjoys crafting

different things, friendly conversation, and time with her daughter.

Tasks involved but not limited to: o Transfers with EZ Lift o ADL

assistance o Cooking o Cleaning o Companionship Pay- $17 Schedule-

Weeknights 8p & Every other weekend 8a, 2p, 8p (1-2 hrs each) Hours are
