Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.
• Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Complete care documentation accurately.
• Work as part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional care.

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and committed to providing excellent care.
• Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.
