A job where your support matters

We're looking for a Care Assistant to join our Birmingham team, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in a residential setting.

You'll get to know the people you support and help them with everyday life, from daily routines and personal care to activities, appointments and time in the community. You'll encourage independence while making sure people feel safe, respected and supported.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Support
Help with daily routines, personal care and individual needs.

Encourage
Help people build confidence, maintain independence and take part in activities they enjoy.

Connect
Build positive relationships based on trust, dignity and respect.

Work together
Keep accurate records and work closely with colleagues to provide consistent support.

NEW TO CARE? WE'LL SUPPORT YOU.

Previous care experience is welcome, but it's not essential.

We're looking for people who are reliable, patient, respectful and willing to learn. You'll receive a full induction and ongoing training, with opportunities to gain recognised qualifications and develop your career.
