Care Assistant

The Shelley is a 32 bed family run residential care home set in the Heene of Worthing and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent care for each of our residents. We have excellent reviews on carehome.co.uk & a 'Good' CQC rating.

About You:

You must be passionate about working in care, have some experience in working in a care environment, and are able to adapt to the changing needs of our residents and home. We are looking an outstanding individual who is engaging, happy and kind, with a can-do attitude. Experience of carrying out medication rounds is desireable. Please note, we do not employ people not currently living, or not able to work in the UK.

Job Overview:

• Providing daily care and living needs to all our residents in a respectful and dignified manner. Recording care notes for the care provided.
• Flexible and resilient personality to adapt to the needs of the residents and fast paced care environment.
• Enjoying working as part of a team and create a fun and family orientated atmosphere.
• Able to administer medication to residents is desireable
