As a Care Assistant, no two days are the same. You’ll build meaningful relationships with our clients while providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes their independence, dignity and wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing

Your role will include supporting clients with:

• Companionship – providing friendship, conversation and helping to prevent loneliness
• Personal care – supporting with all aspects of personal hygiene and daily routines
• Medication – collecting prescriptions and providing medication reminders
• Mealtimes – preparing nutritious and enjoyable meals
• Housekeeping – helping to keep clients’ homes clean, comfortable and just the way they like them
• Mobility – supporting clients to move around safely and maintain their independence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion and a positive attitude
• A responsible, reliable and dedicated approach to work
• The ability to adapt to different situations and individual client needs
