The Role: Day Care Assistant

We are recruiting Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants (HCA) / Support Workers (Days) to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

This role is suitable for:

• Experienced care assistants
• Support workers
• Healthcare assistants
• Individuals looking to start a career in care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect
• Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Promote independence and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Work effectively as part of a team

Hours & Pay

• £12.71 per hour
• Approximately £25,500 per annum (full-time equivalent)
• Full-time and part-time roles available
• Full-time rota: 3 days on / 3 days off
• Long day shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Part-time shifts available:
• 8:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 8:00pm
• 5.6 weeks paid holiday
