Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety
• Support clients in following their personalized care plans, respecting their preferences and needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a friendly and trusting environment
• Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and their families regarding care routines and progress
• Use IT systems to update records, document care activities, and track client information accurately
• Drive company vehicles when necessary to support home care visits or transportation needs
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a secure environment for everyone

Skills

• Experience providing home care services is highly desirable
• Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans effectively
• Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients, families, and colleagues
• Good IT skills for managing electronic records and documentation efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, respectful approach towards clients of all backgrounds
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
