What we're looking for

✔ A caring, compassionate and positive attitude

✔ Previous experience working in a care home, hospital or community care setting

✔ Good written and verbal communication skills

✔ Ability to work well as part of a team and use your own initiative

✔ Confident using digital care planning systems and technology to accurately record care, observations and resident information

✔ Good attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accurate documentation

✔ Reliability, professionalism and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care

✔ Right to work in the UK
