Care Assistant

Summary:

We are seeking compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and provide essential care services to individuals in home care.The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort.Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, oral care.
• Support client with mobility requirements Within their homes
• Communicate effectively with clients families, and healthcare professionals
• prompting/administrating medication
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist in meal preparation and feeding when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.-supporting im the comminity with activitie.- completing shopping requirements within clients required needs.-Requirements:
• Previous experience in dommicilary care or home care setting is desirable
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic IT skills for documenting care activities
• Valid driver's license & access to own vehicke required- located in cardiff or local areas

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Sunday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
• Full time
• Part-time

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 37.0 per week
