Care Assistant

Belper Views Residential Home, is set in idyllic surroundings. We are actively seeking to recruit dedicated and compassionate, Care Assistants who want to make a difference to the lives of older people.

Duties and requirements will include:

• A flexible approach to working.
• Sensitive to the needs of older residents.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills, quality care practises.
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to form positive relationships with residents, families and professionals.
• Support older people with their physical, clinical and personal care needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding.
• Enhance well-being and enable older people to live their daily lives, to the full.

Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified or willing to work towards.

We will support your ongoing, continued professional development through tailored, mandatory and non-mandatory training.
