Summary

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in the GB area. Based at our local service, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' independence and well-being by providing personalized home care services. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives while working within a compassionate and professional environment.
Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Develop and follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice for all service users.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving when necessary.
• Uphold the company's values of respect, compassion, and quality care at all times.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience or interest in providing home-based care.
• Valid driving license and ability to drive clients when required.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
