Care Assistant

Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in various settings such as care homes and home care. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to drive, and a passion for supporting others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans
• Provide personal care to residents or clients following established care plans
• Support individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Ability to drive and possess a valid UK driving licence
• Proficiency in basic IT skills for record keeping purposes

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
