No Experience? Full Training Provided

Previous Care Experience Is Helpful But Not Essential. We recruit people based on their values, attitude and commitment to delivering excellent care. If you have a caring nature and are willing to learn, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes with daily activities that help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Personal care and hygiene support
• Assisting with medication where trained
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Companionship and emotional wellbeing
• Shopping and community visits
• Mobility and independence support
• Light household duties
• Maintaining accurate care records

No two days are the same, and every visit makes a meaningful difference to someone’s life.

Essential Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• The right to work in the UK
• Good communication skills
• Availability to work alternate weekends
