Summary

As a Care Coordinator at 1 Homecare, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of care services to our clients. This position is essential for ensuring that our clients receive personalized support tailored to their unique needs, contributing to our mission of excellence in homecare.

Responsibilities

• To organised, co-ordinate and supervise the deployment of the Care services ensuring staff are allocated to each visits and care continuity is always maintained.
• Work in a cost-effective manner to reduce travel time and ensure client preferences are respected
• Monitor the quality of care delivered and make adjustments as necessary to improve service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all aspects of care delivery.
• Ensure that the Care service is delivered to Service Users at the times and for the duration specified in the relevant individual agreement(s) and contract standards.
• To deliver personal care when emergencies arise, from staff being sick or traffic limiting them from attending pre - booked visits.
• To provide cover for unexpected abscesses of support worker

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care coordination or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of homecare regulations and best practices is an advantage.
• Compassionate nature with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Candidates must have a minimum of a QCF Level 3 In Health and Social
