Summary

As a Care Coach/Chaplain at Workplace Care, you will play a vital role in offering care and support to employees in a client call center site in Irving, Texas. This position is essential for promoting emotional well-being and providing guidance during times of crisis, aligning with our commitment to serve others with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and coaching to employees in various workplace settings.
• Conduct crisis intervention sessions to support individuals facing challenging situations.
• Offer bereavement support and guidance to employees dealing with loss.
• Facilitate conflict management discussions to promote harmony within teams.
• Mentor individuals seeking spiritual growth and development.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to assess the needs of employees.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a pastoral or counseling role.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and bereavement support.
• Proficient in conflict management techniques and mediation strategies.
• Background in Christian counseling or related fields is essential.
• Ability to mentor individuals and facilitate personal growth.
• Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and workshops.
