- Logistics & Rota Coordination: Build and optimize efficient, consistent staff rosters using our electronic digital care systems to ensure all client care calls are fully covered.
- Quality & Compliance (Field-Based): Conduct initial Individual Needs Assessments (INA), construct person-centred care plans, and perform regular risk assessment reviews.
- Staff Mentorship & Supervisions: Conduct introductory client visits, observed practice sessions, and unannounced spot checks to monitor, support, and mentor care staff.
- Relationship Management: Act as a dependable point of contact for clients, families, healthcare practitioners, and social services.
- Crisis & Continuity Response: Participate in the emergency out-of-hours on-call rotation and step in to cover frontline care packages in the field during unexpected shortages.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years working in domiciliary home care, with prior experience in senior care, scheduling, or supervisory duties highly preferred.
- Licence: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle is essential.
- Qualifications: NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care .
- Key Traits: Exceptional multitasking, strong computer literacy, excellent phone manners, and the ability to stay calm under operational pressure.

- Transport Support: Paid mileage for community visits
- Professional Growth: Funded support to progress and achieve advanced National Qualifications (such as NVQ Level 5).
- Benefits Package: Company pension enrolment, smartphone, performance-related bonuses, and free uniform/PPE.
