We're looking for a Bilingual Care Coordinator to join our Jenkintown team and help connect clients with caregivers, coordinate schedules, and solve problems when plans change.

What You'll Do

Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage

Respond to call-outs, open shifts, and schedule changes

Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers

Match caregivers with clients based on needs and availability

Support new clients and starts of care

Follow up on scheduling and service concerns

-

Keep schedules and client information accurate

What You'll Need

Bilingual English/Spanish required

-

1+ year of customer service, scheduling, staffing, healthcare, or similar experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, intake, or care coordination experience is a plus.
