About You

• Previous contact centre experience is essential
• Demonstrated experience handling high-volume inbound calls
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build rapport and manage challenging conversations
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes
