Care Coordinator – Nights

Location: Norwich
Salary: £14.50 per hour

Shift: Nights

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Coordinator to support and coordinate the delivery of high-quality care within a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the care team during night shifts
• Ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care
• Support staff and provide guidance throughout the shift
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
• Ensure care plans and procedures are followed correctly
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a care team
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or currently working towards it
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of residents’ individual care needs
• Organised, methodical, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
