Job Description

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient communication, lead follow-ups, and coordinate healthcare services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up abilities, and working knowledge of CRM and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with patients and leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand patient requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with leads and patients to ensure timely coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain and update patient/lead data in CRM and Excel.
• Ensure a positive and seamless patient experience.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Customer service or healthcare experience will be an advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and patient-focused approach.
