Care Coordinator

Match with Care is modernising how families find and arrange care for their loved ones. We combine technology with a personal, human service to make the process faster, simpler and more reliable.

We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team and take ownership of helping families find the right care.

What you’ll do

• Speak with families to understand their care needs and preferences
• Match families with suitable, vetted carers
• Coordinate introductions, interviews and placements
• Work alongside our modern, AI powered platform
• Support families and carers throughout the process
• Help us continuously improve how we deliver care

What we’re looking for

• Someone who is fine with a startup environment - high risk, high reward
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple families at once
• Empathetic, practical and proactive
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Previous experience in care, recruitment, customer success or a similar role is useful but not essential

Pay: £25,420.00-£44,220.00 per year
