Now Hiring: Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing wellness programs for residents.
• Designing and monitoring residents health initiatives.
• Developing health education materials and activities.
• Conducting fitness assessments and health screenings.
• Organizing health and wellness fairs.
• Collaborating with insurance providers and other stakeholders.
• Budgeting and tracking program expenses.
• Advising employees on nutrition, exercise, and other health-related topics.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse or Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health and wellness industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A minimum of three years' experience in a wellness program or health promotion setting.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
